Rumi is the BEST! Their hookahs, the service, food/drinks and atmosphere. They’re so welcoming and budget friendly. They also have games and music is def for mix crowd, even amount of songs from each culture! Highly highly recommended them! Only thing bad is parking can be tough, but that’s everywhere!

I had to write another review because I enjoy coming here. The flavors are unbelievable. The guys work so hard in perfecting each combination. Fruit loops is by the best flavor I’ve ever had. If I could come ever day I would. The food is excellent is well. #1 spot in Staten Island/ Brooklyn for sure.

Rumi Cafe is one of the BEST SPOTS in Staten Island. The attention is EXCEPTIONAL, they are always attentive to customers. The hookah is on another level. It's one of the best hookahs I've tried in all the hookah lounges I've been to. The place transmits a unique energy. The seats, the dark lights, the environment & everything feels so cozy. Amazing variety of great music. The food is GREAT. You will never have a complaint about the food. The food is made with total care & exceptionally assertive. The operations of the cafe, very well organized and the prices are unbeatable. The people who work here are very attentive and friendly & above all, the owner of the place is very empathetic and attentive. You will never regret coming here. It's one of the best places in Staten Island.

We have been coming to Rumi for years! It is the best hookah spot on the island. Very chill and the ambiance is great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is fresh all the time and flavorful. Mint lemonade is tasty as well. Music is always on and very much enjoyed by all. Have come with many people here and they all give the same positive feedback Will always continue to come

Hookah is my culture, and let me tell you Rumi has got it down, they know exactly what there doing and you can tell that they put real care into their business, my experience was top notch, the food was excellent and very flavourful. The customer service was great, they really make sure that your comfortable and enjoying your session tending to any and every need.

Best hookah spot on the island. Very accommodating regarding seating arrangements, food and hookah. Prices are great. Our friend circle frequently visits this spot and regardless if it’s the owner or other employees serving you, they all treat you with the same respect. Really recommend visiting if you haven’t.
